IROT90-Rotates an image through 90 degrees

Description:
The datafile is rotated throught 90 degrees in a clockwise direction, unless ANTI is specifified, in which case the rotatation is anti-clockwise.

Parameters:
IMAGE
The name of the structure containing the image.
OUTPUT
The name of the result of the operation. This can be the same as for IMAGE. In any case, a new structure is created, with everything but the data a direct copy of the input.
ANTI
If set, the rotation is anti-clockwise.
