IREVY-Reverse an image in the Y-direction

Description:
The data are reversed in Y. The result is an image where the top and bottom have changed places.

Parameters:
IMAGE
Name of image to be reversed.
OUTPUT
Name of resulting image.

 Figaro routine to reverse an image (or a spectrum, which
 is treated as an image with one dimension 1).  The reversal
 is in the X-direction or the Y-direction.

 Command parameters -

 IMAGE    (Character) The name of the file containing the image.
          The data and error components are reversed; the quality
          component is reversed implicitly by internally using
          flagged values; the x-axis or y-axis data
          component is reversed if it contains anything other than
          just the bin numbers.

 OUTPUT   (Character) The name of the result of the operation.
          This can be the same as IMAGE, in which case the
          operation is performed in situ.
