Retrieving classification information.

The routine TRN_GTCL (get classification) is provided for retrieving classification information from a transformation so that applications may enquire about the properties which have been declared. Unless the context dictates otherwise, all applications which import transformations should make such an enquiry and should not assume that a transformation has any special property unless its classification information indicates that this is so.
