AGI_ANNUL - Annul a picture identifier

Description:

Annul the picture identifier. If this is the last active identifier then the database is closed. This routine is executed regardless of the given value of status.

Invocation:

CALL AGI_ANNUL( PICID, STATUS )

STATUS = INTEGER (Given and Returned)
