NDG_ADDGH - Register a GRP group for GRP NDF history recording

Description:

This routine should be called to indicate that the contents of the supplied GRP group should be included in the default History information written out by the NDF library. It returns without action unless a GRP NDF history block has previously been created by calling NDG_BEGGH.

Invocation:

CALL NDG_ADDGH( PARAM, IGRP, STATUS )

Arguments:

PARAM = CHARACTER $*$ ( $*$ ) (Given)

The name of the parameter associated with the group.

IGRP = INTEGER (Given)

The GRP group identifier.

STATUS = INTEGER (Given and Returned)

The global status.

Notes:

• The group is registered only if the current value of the associated parameter contains an "INDIRECTION" or "NAME_TOKEN" control character (see SUN/150). This prevents group descriptions being added to the NDF history if the contents of the group are already described fully by the parameters list.

• This routine records a copy of the group contents at the time this routine is called. Any subsequent changes to the contents of the group are not included in the default NDF history.

• This routine can be invoked multiple times for the same parameter. Later invocations will replace the group contents registered by earlier invocations.
