Description:

Create a new catalogue; the name of the catalogue is obtained from an ADAM parameter.

Invocation:

CALL CAT_CREAT (PCNAME; CI; STATUS)

Arguments:

PCNAME = CHARACTER$*$($*$) (Given)

Name of the ADAM parameter from which the catalogue name will be obtained.

CI = INTEGER (Returned)

Catalogue identifier.

STATUS = INTEGER (Given and Returned)

The global status.
