Changes and New Features in V2.0

The following changes have occurred in the GRP_ system since version 1.1:

1. The facility for editing names which was previously restricted to use within modification elements, has been made available for use with any form of element. See section .
2. Null names (i.e. names with zero length) are now accepted and treated as blank names.
