SIGNAL

SIGNAL is a Fortran program for predicting the number of object and sky photons detected during an exposure with one of the common-user instruments of the Isaac Newton Group telescopes. The predictions are based on a combination of measured and estimated efficiencies for the telescopes, cameras, gratings and detectors.
